Warranties are only valid for items purchased through authorized sellers, returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt from the location purchased. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.

For devices purchased outside of the AUS, International Returns and International Warranties: All product returns outside of the Australia are per your place of purchase-spa, retailer or distributor. Please consult your receipt or place of purchase for their return and warranty policy.

Returns & Refund Policy

GPSKIN devices can be returned within 30-days of purchase, and GPSKIN Skincare can be returned within 30-days. Cleansing Device, Skincare and Refreshed Devices cannot be refunded unless received damaged or faulty of condition received. All Gift Cards cannot be returned.

If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return below. The evidence of the condtion of 3-4 photos required for the returns.

We are only able to issue refunds for GPSKIN products purchased directly from www.mygpskin.com.au  If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

For all refunds and returns, the serial number and proof of purchase are required.

Cancelation Policy

After you place an order, you are able to change or edit your order up to 59 minutes after it was initially placed. You can do so through your order confirmation page (clicking “View Your Order”) or through your MYGPSKIN.com.au account.
