PoreClean FAQs
The button on my device is not pressing well. What should I do?
Try pressing the front part of the button at a slight angle. Pressing towards the front should help ensure proper function. Avoid pressing the back, as there is a safety bar designed to prevent accidental pressing when storing the device. If you continue to experience issues, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I'm seeing a red light on the LED while charging. Initially, the red light comes on, then turns off. When I unplug and plug the charger back in, the red light comes on again, then turns off. Is this normal?
The red light indicates charging and typically turns off when the device is fully charged. If it turns off after coming on, it means the device is fully charged. If you experience any issues, please contact customer service for assistance.
Is it okay if water gets into the charger? Is the device fully waterproof?
Yes, our GP Skin vibrating cleanser is fully waterproof with an IPX7 rating, ensuring you can use it with confidence even in wet environments. However, please ensure to thoroughly dry the device before charging it after use to prevent any damage.
My product is broken. What should I do? Can I purchase a replacement part if I lost one?
For products under warranty, repairs are provided free of charge for up to one year. However, damage or loss of parts due to customer negligence may incur repair fees.
I have troubled skin. Will using this product help improve my skin condition?
Yes, one common cause of skin trouble is the accumulation of dead skin cells in the pores and hair follicles, which can lead to acne formation. Using this product can help improve your skin condition by addressing this issue.
Can I use cleansing oil?
If the cleansing oil is a rinse-off type that is washed off with water after use, it is safe to use. However, if it is not a rinse-off type, it may be stiff and irritating to the skin, so it is not recommended to use it. If you prefer double cleansing, using a foam cleanser after oil cleansing will provide a better user experience.
What is the thickness of the bristles?
The front part bristle is 1 millimeter thick, and the wider part is 0.4 millimeters.
Please let me know the time it takes to charge once and the time it can be used after charging?
It takes 3 hours to charge once, and with daily use of 3 minutes, you can use it for about 60 days, allowing you to use it for approximately two months without recharging.
Can I share the device with my family?
If any of your family members have skin trouble, it could be caused by bacterial growth. Therefore, it is recommended to use the device separately if any family member is experiencing skin issues.
Doesn't using it every day strain my skin?
Depending on your skin type, it can vary. If you have red and sensitive skin, we recommend using it 3-4 times a week, starting from level 1-3, for less than 1 minute each time. Dry skin is best treated for less than a minute every evening, while oily skin can be treated twice daily, morning and evening. In the evening, use for less than 3 minutes, and in the morning, use for less than 1 minute. It's also helpful to use a deep cleansing product for pore care once or twice a week.
I am using peeling gel. Can I use it together?
On days when you use a peeling gel, it's best not to use the vibrating cleanser. Over-exfoliating can thin the stratum corneum, which can make your skin more sensitive and reactive to external stimuli.
Has it been verified that environmental hormones are not detected?
This product uses silicone certified by the FDA. You can use it with confidence.
